Shipping & Returns
Order Processing:
All in-stock items take 3-4 business days to package in my studio. In-stock items include original artwork, art prints, calendars, stickers, journals, gift wrap, and seasonal ornaments.
If your order includes any made-to-order items, please allow 5-10 business days for production and packaging. Made-to-order items include mugs, pillows, personalized note card sets and note pads. These items may ship directly from my printing partner and separate from the rest of your order.
Order Shipping:
Once your order is packaged, it will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight and a tracking link will be emailed to you. It will take an average of 1-5 additional business days* for your order to travel from my studio and arrive at your door.
All U.S. orders will receive tracking info after the order has been shipped and total turn around time should take no longer than 12 business days* from the time you place your order to when it arrives.
International Orders: International orders are shipped via USPS International Mail or USPS Priority International Mail based on the weight. International mail can take up to 3 weeks* after processing while Priority International Mail usually takes 7-10* days to arrive.
Tracking is difficult for international orders, if you would like to be able to track your package, it's best to upgrade to USPS Priority International mail. Although it may take a bit longer for all orders outside the U.S. to arrive, I ship internationally on a regular basis and have great success overall!
Customs & Duty Fees: Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply on international orders. Due to new packaging restrictions, unfortunately I am unable to ship to Germany at this time.
Expedited Shipping: Upgraded shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Please contact me prior to purchasing your order if you are interested in expedited shipping.
* Shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to inclement weather, delays due to COVID, customs, incorrect address given, customer not accepting the package, etc.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, distance travelled, and shipping speed selected. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs on their order. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you wish to return your order, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns & Refunds:
All sales are final on personalized items and original artwork.
For all other items, returns will be accepted for a refund within 14 days of your order's arrival date on all domestic orders. If your return is received after 14 days from your order's arrival date, a refund will not be provided.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition including original packaging. If your order is returned to me damaged or otherwise not in its original condition, I cannot offer a refund.
Once I receive your returned order, it will be inspected to ensure it is undamaged and in its original packaging. If so, a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) less any shipping costs will then be refunded to your original form of payment.
How to Make a Return:
1. Please contact me first via e-mail: joanna [at!] joanna-baker.com with your order number and the name(s) of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Print out a copy of your order receipt and include it along with the item(s) you wish to return. Safely package your order and ship your package to the following address:

3. You are responsible for all costs incurred to safely package and ship your order back to me. I recommend using a shipping method that is trackable (USPS First Class or Priority Mail are preferred). I am not responsible for lost packages, but USPS does will offer package insurance for a small fee.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify me via email joanna [at!] joanna-baker.com within 14 business days. In your email, be sure to include your order number, photos of the of the damaged item(s) along with photos of the packaging. We may be able to file an insurance claim via USPS and this information will be helpful. In the meantime, a replacement item will be shipped to you within 5 business days. If no replacement is available, you will receive a refund back to your original form of payment.
Lost Packages:
USPS typically considers packages lost after 15 days. However, due to recent COVID restrictions, some packages are taking longer to arrive than usual. If the tracking status of your order says "In Transit - Arriving Late" it is still on its way to you. This status is popping up more frequently due to COVID, but so far all orders with this status have safely arrived at their destinations! I appreciate your patience as we navigate this difficult shipping climate during the pandemic.
While I wish I could hand deliver each and every order directly to you, after your package ships from my studio I cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable packages. If it has been 15 days since you received your shipping confirmation email and still have not received your package, please send me an email joanna [at!] joanna-baker.com and I will do my absolute best to work with you and locate your package.
